All initial orders being
shipped within the United States and its territories must
be prepaid by cash, check, money order, bank checks or credit
card. Company or personal checks may require a three-week
waiting period for clearance before shipment will be sent.
All orders shipped outside of the United States must be prepaid
in U.S. dollars. All applications must be made on Kaminari
USA's application form and signed by the sole proprietor,
general partner, or a corporate officer as the case may be.
A $25.00 service charge will be assessed against all returned
checks. If one check is returned, you will be put on a cash-only
basis. Nevada law now allows Kaminari to collect damages triple
the amount of the check on all returned checks.
A $5.00 service
charge will be added to all orders under $50.00 to cover packaging/handling.
We do our best to
maintain a good stocking level; however, should we run out
of an item, your order will be placed on back-order status
and will be shipped to you as soon as possible. Back orders
must be canceled within seven (7) days notice or parts will
automatically be shipped to you.
We always attempt to
ship orders within three working days and you should allow
1-2 weeks for delivery, except on special orders which may
take 4 to 6 weeks. All items are shipped FOB from Kaminari'
s Sparks, Nevada facility. Parts too large or too
heavy for regular ground service are delivered by truck. Approximate
freight charges may be quoted but are subject to change without
notice. Charges are based on actual shipping and packaging
costs. Some items may include a packaging/handling
surcharge in addition to normal shipping charges.
Contact us if you have questions. Unless otherwise requested
at the time your order is placed, Kaminari will ship by the
common ground carrier we deem most suitable. Full freight
will be allowed on any single shipment to a single address
in U.S.A. with a net invoice amount of $5,000.00 or more when
the invoice is paid within Kaminari's stated terms.
Damage claims, whether open or concealed, must be
made with the freight carrier. When shipping your
parts we use extreme care so that they will arrive intact.
NEVER refuse a shipment because it appears broken or seems
to be missing parts. You must accept the shipment, note the
problem on the freight bill, and have the driver sign it.
Notify the freight carrier and Kaminari USA within five (5)
working days of any damage or shortages. We place Warning
Signs on the shipping boxes to make you, the customer,
aware that the box and/or the parts should not have noticeable
damage. If you accept a damaged box and sign for the item(s)
as is, without noting any damage, it is your responsibility,
not Kaminari.
